GlassBuild After Party: The Magic of Glass (Oct. 2, 1pm – 2:30pm) 

Attend The Magic of Glass After Party as we capture the excitement of our new host city for GlassBuild 2025: Orlando! This event is designed for fun and community engagement, providing an opportunity for exhibitors and attendees to network and interact in a non-competitive environment. The After Party will feature activities such as a golf simulation and a virtual reality plank walk, along with Southern-inspired food and beverages. The cost is $10 per person with ticket proceeds going to the NGA Foundation to support glass & glazing industry education and resources.

    Exhibitor Registration

    Exhibitor registration is open now. Visit the Exhibitor Resource Center to register booth personnel only.

    Registration Policies

    Registrants who wish to cancel their registration should send a notice of cancellation via email to gba.attendee@maritz.com. Notices received prior to the cancel deadline of 12 p.m. noon (EST) on Monday, October 3, 2023 will be refunded minus the appropriate cancellation fees. A $50 cancel fee will be applied for all education registration cancellations.  There will be no cancellations for Trade show only registration.  

    Those who submit their cancellation request after the deadline will not receive a refund. No exceptions will be made to this policy. No refund will be issued for on-site registrations.   

    Name changes should be emailed to gba.attendee@maritz.com

    Infants and children under the age of 16  must be accompanied by an adult on the trade show floor. This policy is due to the nature of some presentations and to ensure the safety of registrants’ children. In addition, children should not be left unattended at the meeting. Your support and compliance are appreciated. Violation of these policies could result in revocation of meeting registration and removal from the meeting. 

    By attending GlassBuild America, you acknowledge and agree to authorize NGA’s capture of your image in multimedia format during the live event and consent to subsequent use of your image in the public domain by NGA. NGA disclaims all liability for the capture of your image in any multimedia format by other attendees at the event.

    The National Glass Association (NGA) uses the personal data you provide in this registration for administering your participation in this event. This may include information about the event’s content, event logistics, payment, updates, and additional information related to the event. By registering for GlassBuild America, you acknowledge that your name, company name, city and state/country may be shared with other registered attendees. Except as described herein, NGA will not disclose your personal data to any other third party; NGA does not and has never sold or rented attendee contact information.     Your name, address, phone number, and email address, are stored in the QR code on your conference badge. If you allow an exhibitor to scan your badge, you will be releasing your information to that exhibitor. You should consider your name badge QR code as an electronic business card that enables you to easily provide your information to an exhibitor if you choose to do so.  

    Glazing Executives Forum sponsors (Gold and Silver levels) will obtain postal mailing addresses of the Glazing Executives Forum registrants for a one-time use. 

    Five (5) booth personnel badges are provided with each 10’ x 10’ booth space rented (excluding co-exhibitors). The badges allow access to the exhibit hall during move-in, show hours, and move-out. Additional Exhibitor badges can be purchased at $25.00/per person. GlassBuild does not allow exhibitors to have more than one badge per person. Sharing of badges is NOT allowed.

    For security reasons, your event-specific badge will be required for admittance to all in-person events. Please wear your badge so that it can be easily seen at all times. All GlassBuild event badges are encoded with certain information about you, including your name and mailing address. Exhibitors can scan your badge to obtain that information. By giving an exhibitor your badge to scan, you are giving them consent to contact you.

    If you lose or forget your badge, you will need to visit registration to pay the reprint fee of $15 to receive another copy (ID required).
