Beware of Fraudulent Housing Claims!
Several companies unaffiliated with GlassBuild have been posing as the official housing provider for the GlassBuild America trade show. These companies may contact you directly to offer housing through websites designed to deceive visitors by posing as a fake GlassBuild America website. Do not give your credit card information or make any reservations with any website other than our legitimate housing partner, Eventsphere.

Booking Policies & Deadlines
Room Deposit
Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card (expiration date must be valid through February 2026). The card provided will be charged one night's room and tax deposit. This deposit will be applied to your hotel reservation charges and will appear on your final hotel reservation folio.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel prior to 14 days to arrival, you will be charged one night's room and tax. Cancellations received within 14 days of arrival will be charged two nights room and tax. Cancellation fees will apply regardless of cancellation reason or method.
Reservation Changes
From the time of booking through Oct 28: Changes can be made online through the reservation link.
From Oct 29 until check-in: Changes need to be made directly with the hotel. Arrival and/or departure date changes will be accepted until hotel check-in date and are based on hotel availability.
No Show Fee
Failure to check-in on the scheduled date of arrival will result in a "no-show fee" of two night’s room and tax and your reservation will be cancelled. If your travel plans are delayed, please be sure to notify the hotel directly to avoid this fee.
Early Departure Fee
In the event you wish to depart earlier than scheduled, the hotel may charge an "early departure fee". To avoid this fee, confirm your departure date with the hotel before or during check-in.
