Rideshare Apps

The emergence of rideshare apps such as Uber and Lyft are also convenient options for getting around Atlanta. Schedule a reservation or find the airport's designated pick-up and drop-off locations that will help to make your visit to Atlanta effortless.

Rideshare drivers will pick up passengers at the North and South economy lots, which are a short walk from baggage claim.

MARTA (Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority)

MARTA, the principal public transportation in the Atlanta metropolitan area connecting 38 train stations. It offers the quickest and the lowest cost to get around downtown city and from the Hotels to the Georgia World Congress Center (GWCC), and the areas in Fulton, Clayton and DeKalb counties. The station is located near the baggage claim area, at the North end of the Airport.

Finding a taxi in the Atlanta area is no trouble with 20+ Licensed City of Atlanta Taxicab Companies. There are flat rates to and from Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport and meter based within neighborhoods in the Atlanta Business District, including Downtown, Midtown and Buckhead.

Downtown Atlanta Streetcar Service

A safe, convenient way to travel in Downtown Atlanta. 

Stretching from Centennial Olympic Park to the Martin Luther King Jr. Historical Site, the Atlanta Streetcar provides 12 stops along the route. It also provides connectivity to MARTA and other transit services.
