Badges

If registering via fax or mail, forms need to be in by August 22nd to receive badges and credentials in advance. Registration and changes may be done online until August 26th, to guarantee badges are mailed in advance. After August 26th, you may make changes, but you will need to pick up your badge onsite.

You have the option of having your badge mailed pre-show or you may pick it up onsite. If you pick it up onsite, simple scan your bar code located on your badge receipt at one of our Scan & Go counters, which will be located at main registration in the Las Vegas Convention Center or at the LVH for registered guest of the hotel.

Refunds

All refunds will be processed after the convention with letter of explanation. After September 1, 2012, no refunds will be made for cancellations or "no shows."

Cancellations

All cancellations must be received by September 1, 2012. A $50 processing fee will be charged against each cancellation of a paid registration.
