Customer Guest Pass Form PDF

We can provide a PDF of a personalized Customer Guest Pass Form imprinted with your company’s unique, FREE Customer Guest Pass Code. You may print and hand these out to your customers on sales calls and at other industry trade shows. What’s more, you may send the Guest Pass Code Form in the mail or even attach it to an e-mail. The Customer Guest Pass Form is professionally designed and personalized for your company; and best of all, is provided free-of-charge to you.

  1. Orders must be received between now and August 30, 2010 to allow
    for personalization
  2. Remember to distribute your Customer Guest Pass Form early so your customers can take advantage of FREE entrance to the trade show floor
  3. Attendees must pre-register by September 10, 2010. After this date, FREE Guest Pass Codes expire.

E-Mail Marketing to Your Clients and Prospects

GlassBuild America encourages you to go green, saving paper and postage costs. Instead of mailing the Customer Guest Pass Form, simply send your entire client/prospect list an e-mail with a link to pre-register via the online Customer Guest Pass Form. We can help you prepare the e-mail and supply your Guest Pass Code.

Banner Ad/Official Exhibitor Logo for Your Website

Exclusive exhibitor benefit! We have created a banner ad to be placed on your company’s website to promote your participation in GlassBuild America. Hospitality Opportunities

Hospitality Receptions/Meetings

Spend additional time with your most valuable customers. Exhibitors at GlassBuild America have first priority for suites and meeting rooms at the Las Vegas Hilton and meeting rooms at the Las Vegas Convention Center.

All reservations for hospitality suites or meeting rooms must be made through the Industry Events Department. Call 866/342-5642, ext. 173 or email dspaide@glass.org to discuss availability and pricing for your meeting or event. The facilities will not accept direct reservations without prior approval from GlassBuild America Show Management.

  • Show Management will not approve events for more than 30 participants scheduled during official GlassBuild
    America programming.
  • Hospitality activities scheduled by individual exhibiting companies will not be publicized, promoted or published by GlassBuild America.
  • Deadline to arrange for Hospitality Suites/Meeting Rooms by August 13th.

Advance Welcome Reception Tickets

Invite your customers to enjoy the Welcome Reception on Tuesday, September 14th at the Las Vegas Hilton. Tickets are being sold in advance at a discounted rate of $35 each. Providing your customers with an entry to the largest event outside of the Exhibit Hall—it's a great way to express your gratitude for their business!

  • Exhibitors and MOST attendees are required to purchase tickets for the
    Welcome Reception.
  • Exhibitors may purchase discounted tickets IN ADVANCE for company employees and/or customers by using the Marketing Response Form. (Minimum purchase of 10 tickets).
  • Tickets may be mailed in advance or picked up onsite.
  • Deadline to order Advance Welcome Reception Tickets by August 13, 2010.
