New for 2026, you will be able to book your hotel room and register at the same time with our official vendor, Maritz. We encourage you to book through Maritz for the best selection and price. Maritz is the only hotel vendor endorsed by NGA. If you are contacted by any other third-party company offering hotel assistance, please do not enter into any financial agreement, as these are often unauthorized solicitations and you will not be protected by event management.
Please be aware that Las Vegas has a high volume of housing scammers. They are very savvy and can obtain event details and contact information directly from our website, making their outreach appear legitimate. Maritz does not cold call.
